Welcome to Richmond City Guided Tours, a new division of Virginia Film Tours LLC,

created to offer guide services for one, or more passengers.

Private Guide Services:  Our knowledge guide with join you in your vehicle and

personally escort you throughout Richmond to see the city's most popular historic sites with convenient hotel, or Richmond Convention Center pickup. $50 per hour with a

2-hour minimum. The more passengers in the vehicle the more cost effective!

3-Hour Van Tours: Offered for private parties of  4 to 9  passengers. Includes a brand new van and tour guide/driver.  For 4-5 passengers $75 per person, for 6-7 passengers $65 pp, for 8-9 passengers $60 pp all inclusive for the Historic Richmond Highlights and Where Hollywood Meets History tours. * Other tours selected may have additional

attraction fees. When booking a tour with us, we will always  inform you of any

additional fees to help you make an informed decision to fit your budget.

Bus Tours. All of  the tours listed on our Richmond City Guided Tours web site is

available to groups of 20 to 54 passengers at bus group rates.  Receptive Service also

Full-day Discounted Historic Tours  These are our most cost effective van tours and bus tours. A wonderful way to experience all the beauty and history Richmond has to offer. The tours include all attraction fees, plus lunch. Prices depend on tour selected and

Theatre Events for Groups of  Ten, or More. Discover one of the best cultural regions in the Mid-Atlantic states! Come see our beautiful theatres, plays, ballet, symphony, opera, Shakespeare, museums, great restaurants and much more!  These spectacular theatre week-ends include all theatre tickets, attractions fees, two lunch and  two dinners, plus 3-hour Historic Richmond  Highlights Tour, or Richmond Holiday Highlights Tour and

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Van Tour Cancellation Policy:  If cancelled 48 hours prior to reserved tour date a full

refund is given. If canceled within 48 hours of  reserved tour date we have A No Refund Policy. Check with us for cancellation policies for full, multi-day tours, & theatre events.

Private Guide Services Cancellation Policy:  If a private guide service is cancelled 24 hours prior to reserved tour date a full refund is given. If  a private guide service is canceled within 24 hours of reservation date we have A No Refund Policy.

Bus Tour Cancellation Policy:  We require  a passenger count and payment in full within 40 days of the tour date.  Passenger cancellations received within 35 days of the tour date are Non-Refundable.
